Dr. Ashish Parikh is an Interventional Clinical Cardiologist with expertise in Interventional Cardiology, Clinical Cardiology, Preventive Cardiology, Vascular Medicine and Peripheral Interventions. Dr. Parikh received his clinical cardiology training at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and his internal medicine residency in India and in Worcester, Massachusetts. Dr. Parikh continued his advanced training at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee under the vascular legend, Jerry Dorros, completing both his Vascular and Coronary Interventional Fellowships.Dr. Parikh has been practicing for many years, and is a well-published author and researcher with multiple publications in numerous cardiac and vascular journals. Dr. Parikh holds multiple Board Certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. Dr Parikh is an active member of The American College of Cardiology, The American Heart Association, The American College of Physicians, The Indian Medicine Association, and The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr Parikh is fluent in speaking Hindi & Gujarati. As the founder of the Heart and Vascular Clinics in Newark, Middletown, and Wilmington, Delaware, he aspires to provide superior, comprehensive cardiac and vascular care for his patients.
