    Annie Webb is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiac and vascular care with over eight years experience in the field. Additionally, she has over nine years experience as a registered nurse in the ICU/CCU. She completed her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She holds a national certification with The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

    Annie loves building relationships with the patients as well as staff. She is happily married into a football family (Go Eagles) and is the mother of two children.

    Lauren Zastrow completed her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University in Newark, DE.

    Lauren has been working with the Heart and Vascular Clinic since 2016, caring for patients in both the outpatient and inpatient settings. In 2022, she assisted with the development of the Remote Blood Pressure Monitoring Program, part of our office’s Telemedicine Services.

    In her spare time, Lauren enjoys hiking outdoors with her dog, watching soccer, and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends. She is a board certified PA-C in Delaware. She is part of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Delaware chapter of the American College of Cardiology.


    Kelley Davis PA-C

    Kelley Davis PA-C

    Kelley Davis is a board-certified Physician Assistant with experience in both cardiology and internal medicine. She completed her Bachelor in Science at North Carolina State University and Masters in Science at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Georgia in 2021. She manages the device clinic for patients with implantable devices, such as pacemakers and ICDs. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

    In her free time, she is an avid baker, and enjoys baking for her fiancé and his family. She loves hiking and spending time with her horse, Logan.

    Kathryn “Kat” Markley is a board-certified Physician Assistant who studied at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology at West Chester University. Her clinical background experience includes over 5 years of emergency medical services, medical scribing, and medical assisting. Prior to earning her MSPAS degree in 2023, she has worked with the Heart and Vascular Clinic during one of her rotations, and she is excited to join as a provider in cardiovascular care. Outside of work, Kat is likely at home enjoying a mystery television show, cooking up a new recipe, or spending time with her husband, Matt and their two cats.


    Alexis Lee PA-C

    Alexis Lee PA-C

    Alexis Lee is a nationally board-certified physician assistant that joined the Heart & Vascular Clinic team in 2023. She is excited to wholly care for patients’ cardiovascular health as a PA. Alexis graduated from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina as a physician assistant and enjoyed a year of working in a pediatric clinic after moving back to the Mid-Atlantic area with her new husband, Stephen.

    Originally from New Jersey, she spent time gaining valuable experience with Lourdes Cardiology Group and the Cardiac Care Center at Cooper University in NJ prior to PA school. She then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in biology from The College of New Jersey as well as an associate degree in Liberal Arts & Health Sciences from Rowan University. Beyond work, Alexis finds joy in being a photographer, riding her bike, spending quality time with her family or getting lost in a good mystery book.


    Rockey Poeta IV, FNP-C, DC

    Rockey Poeta IV, FNP-C, DC

    Dr. Rockey Poeta IV has over 25 years of experience treating and educating patients and students about the physiology of the human body, health, wellness, diet and exercise. He started his healthcare career by becoming certified by American College of Sports Medicine and a Chiropractor and eventually became a nurse practitioner who specializes in weight loss and high cholesterol management. Dr. Poeta became a nurse so he could be commissioned and currently serves as an officer in the US Navy Reserve at New Castle. He has taught anatomy & physiology and chemistry at Del Tech and Wesley College and has volunteered many years on his residential civic association board. Dr. Poeta attained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University, BSN at University of Delaware, MSN at Wilmington University, and Post-MSN Family Nurse Practitioner certification at Widener University. He has vast experience in the operating room doing vascular, orthopedic, neurological, and general surgery procedures. Rockey brings forth all these experiences to Heart and Vascular and will be spear heading our Chronic Care Management (CCM) program where he will personally call patients to check up on their status, update medications, and offer his diet and exercise expertise to help patients meet their goals.
