
Kelley Davis PA-C
Kelley Davis is a board-certified Physician Assistant with experience in both cardiology and internal medicine. She completed her Bachelor in Science at North Carolina State University and Masters in Science at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Georgia in 2021. She manages the device clinic for patients with implantable devices, such as pacemakers and ICDs. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, she is an avid baker, and enjoys baking for her fiancé and his family. She loves hiking and spending time with her horse, Logan.

Rockey Poeta IV, FNP-C, DC
Dr. Rockey Poeta IV has over 25 years of experience treating and educating patients and students about the physiology of the human body, health, wellness, diet and exercise. He started his healthcare career by becoming certified by American College of Sports Medicine and a Chiropractor and eventually became a nurse practitioner who specializes in weight loss and high cholesterol management. Dr. Poeta became a nurse so he could be commissioned and currently serves as an officer in the US Navy Reserve at New Castle. He has taught anatomy & physiology and chemistry at Del Tech and Wesley College and has volunteered many years on his residential civic association board. Dr. Poeta attained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University, BSN at University of Delaware, MSN at Wilmington University, and Post-MSN Family Nurse Practitioner certification at Widener University. He has vast experience in the operating room doing vascular, orthopedic, neurological, and general surgery procedures. Rockey brings forth all these experiences to Heart and Vascular and will be spear heading our Chronic Care Management (CCM) program where he will personally call patients to check up on their status, update medications, and offer his diet and exercise expertise to help patients meet their goals.
